		<description>This was a good article. I know it is a little old but just came across it. I had my surgery in Tijuana as well a LapBand surgery was about 60% of the price. I also know many people that have traveled to India and Thailand for various procedures. It's insane how cheap things are in these other countries. But the care was far better.</description>
